Matt called and was clear on what the company provided and was very helpful. Their response time was excellent in the cold weather happening in the Richmond area. They also provided clear pictures of where the roof was leaking. I do like how they placed tarps in just the areas needed with rectangle shaped tarps. . The communication from the roofer on what was needed to be replaced was detailed and informative. My first requirement was to prevent further water damage and they accommodated me with what was needed. . My experience with roofers in the past has been sketchy but am impressed to find an honest crew to help me out. I look forward to getting all repaired as soon as possible. Outstanding and very professional. We purchased a home and hired them to completely replace the roof that was 20 years old. They were the only company to come over, fly a drone and give us a very comprehensive quote. They took my call, answered my questions providing specific technical details. They were fast and flexible in scheduling our install date. Kept us informed of the project planning and execution. Arrived on time with a large and well organized crew. Immediately sent us pictures as soon as the old roofing was removed, so we were fully informed of the condition of the previous roof. Got the job done by 12:30PM. I had some shingles that were blown off of my roof during Hurricane Beryl. The roof didn't need a full replacement just repair. I found Roof Repair Services through a Google search & gave them a call. Oscar returned my call immediately. We had to reschedule the set appointment for an estimate due to the weather but he kept in contact with me. I appreciated that and that they took safety into consideration. After the estimate we set an appointment to have the shingles replaced. On the appointment day Oscar texted me he was on the way. He kept within the appointment time & quickly replaced the missing shingles. Once completed he sent photos of the repairs. Very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend for repairs. ~ Alyson T

We had a total roof replacement and couldn’t be more pleased with John Galvan and his entire team. John was very professional and easy to work with. He answered all questions quickly, ensuring we knew what to expect throughout the process. John gave us a reasonably priced estimate after 5pm and had his crew there before 7am the next day. The roof was completed before 5pm! We had a very small issue with a clogged gutter a few days later and he and a couple guys came to resolve it the same day I called. John has exceptional customer service skills and delivers high quality work. The crew was hardworking and respectful of our property. I would like to thank ROOF REPAIR SERVICE FOR THE GREAT JOB THEY DID ON MY ROOF. I HAD A LEAK SO I CALLED THEM TO GIVE ME ESTAMTE AND CHECK MY ROOF FOR HAIL DAMAGE HE SAID HE WOULD SEE WHEN HE COULD GET ME ON THE BOOKS AND LET ME KNOW. 2HRS LATER I LOOKED OUTSIDE A GUY WAS IN MY DRIVEWAY GETTING HIS TOOLS AND LADDER OUT HE CAME IN CLIMB AROUND IN HOT Attic then went up on roof did inspection took photos and fixed leak on roof and hand me the phone and told me it was no charge FREE. I had been stressed over this leak for 7 or 8 months but ROOF REPAIR SERVICES TOOK CARE OF IT. SO THANKS AGAIN JHONNY SANCHEZ AND ROOF REPAIR SERVICES AND THE GUY THAT ACTUALLY DID THE JOB I DIDN'T GET HIS NAME BUT GOT RIGHT TO IT FRIENDLY AND HAD NO PROBLEM GOING BACK IN THAT HOT ATTIC GREAT JOB. Called because I had developed a leak in laundry room and called Roof Repair, Michael sent his people to my house next day. They Gave me a, what I thought was a fair price, and then asked when he could do the work. Figuring it would be a couple of weeks but he said tomorrow. Fantastic. Crew arrived the next morning and I asked how long to be finished and he said this afternoon. Fantastic. they took a whole series of pictures before they started and received pictures during the whole process and then a set of completed pictures. Workmen very professional and kind to my property, it is cleaner now than when they started. I asked about sheet rock repair and again a great price they came again the next morning and as with my roof excellent work and pride in their craftsmanship. After a recent storm, I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling and reached out to Roof Repair Services LLC. They responded incredibly quickly, sending someone out for a free inspection the same day. Not only did they confirm the source of the leak, but they also identified other serious issues I hadn’t noticed—like rotting decking, exposed and rusted nails, and several missing shingles. They were transparent and flexible with pricing, which I really appreciated, and they didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Best of all, they completed all of the repairs that same day, just ahead of another storm that could’ve caused even more damage. Their fast, professional service gave me real peace of mind. The roof installation went incredibly well, exceeding all my expectations. The staff was so professional and patient, answering all of my questions without any issues. They were extremely kind and dedicated workers. I was truly amazed by their work ethic. They even took the time to come inside and ensure that all the equipment in the house (water heater, AC line) was functioning properly. They cleaned up meticulously, leaving not a single roof particle behind. From the initial leak to the completion of the full roof, it was a delightful experience. I'm not sure I've ever had this good of service anywhere. I noticed a wet spot on my ceiling and immediately called another roofing company. They never called back and didn’t show up to the appointment. I then called Roof Repair Services—someone answered immediately, and they showed up at my house just 3 hours later. Jorge Uvalle rang my doorbell, and within 3 minutes, guys were on my roof and Jorge was in my attic. He clearly pointed out the hole in my roof where you could see sunlight coming through. After assessing the entire roof, they showed me photos of every single spot that needed to be fixed. The price was so good I didn’t even negotiate. They ended up doing the entire job on the spot and were finished in 90 minutes. I can’t explain how uncommon this is. If I could give 6 stars, I would. I found my roof was leaking around my furnace exhaust stacks and exhaust stacks from my two hot water heaters. We have been in drought conditions all summer with hardly any rain. I went in the attic on Tuesday to change out my AC media filters while it was raining and notice the leaks. Keeping in mind I had new AC’s and water heaters installed back in April. Really no rain since then. I found ALL PRO ROOFERS doing my search and contacted them. Spoke with Johnny the owner. He sent his crew out few hours later to take pictures and give me an estimate. The crew leader Mr. Guillermo showed me the problem in the attic along with pictures from atop the roof. I went with them cause of their honesty and fair price. I purchased my home 1 year ago and my home inspector told me that my roof was good. 1 year later I received a letter from my home insurance company stating that I needed to have my roof replaced within 30 days to continue my coverages. I was devastated and blindsided. I called a few companies around but was left feeling even more anxiety. So these guys did a roof repair job in October and I called them back in Jan as it is leaking in front of my front door. The guys who came in Jan said he did a good job and it is a new issue. I pleaded with him take a look again and he was adamant that his job is perfect. So today I hired another contractor who shared the pictures of the wood under the roof and it showed that they didn’t replace everything. I posted a 1 star review with pictures. Johnny, the owner reached out to me and said that the guy who did the job was no longer with his company and reimbursed me for the amount I paid to the new contractor. I have never experienced this kind of customer service in my life, amazing. In hindsight I should have talked to Johnny again after their second visit. Honestly had an amazing experience! After the massive rain last week we started getting a drip in our breakfast area. I searched Google high and low and the amount of reviews and positive reviews at that made me take a chance. I called this company because they had excellent reviews. I had a roof leak and was able to get someone to come out within the following day. Guillermo was so efficient. They proved to be professional and patient while we waiting on insurance and then planning to get my roof replacement scheduled! Johnny and his crew drove several hours to complete my new roof.
